On November 4, 2009 the Board of the College Savings Programs will convene in the Capitol Auditorium.
The Board for the College Counts 529 Program will convene at 9:30AM; at 11:00, the Board will meet with attorneys of record to discuss litigation matters in a non-public session; and at 1:30 the regular meeting of the Board for the PACT program begins.
The Board of the PACT program desires to review and discuss the most current financial, market performance, and actuarial information as soon as it is available on November 4. The Board continues to work with all parties for support of all students eligible for the PACT program.
“I understand that most of the PACT purchasers have daily obligations and need time to adjust their schedules accordingly.” We routinely notify the public two weeks in advance of all public meetings and we have made special arrangements to have the meeting in the Capitol Auditorium to accommodate those who wish to attend.
